Rear Shock Spring

Custom developed by BBR Motorsports for mini four-strokes. Increased spring rate for fast/aggressive adult mini riders. This is the most important upgrade you can make for an adult sized rider for improved suspension action. The stock suspension is too soft for most adults. Fits stock CRF110F shock.

+1 1/2″ Long Travel Damping Rods

These front fork damping rods replace the stock damping rods to increase travel and provide increased damping control for adult sized riders. Slows rebound and increases compression damping for a firmer more controlled ride. These make a great combination with our stiff springs. A perfect match to our SuperStock swingarm.

• Increases travel 1.5″ from stock
• Better damping control with stiffer springs and adult sized riders
• CNC machined from solid steel rods.

Note: For adult riders (175 lbs), using the BBR damping rods, we run 5.5 oz of 10 wt. fork oil per leg. This is roughly 140mm from the top of the tube with springs out and forks compressed. Heavier (or aggressive) riders should consider 15 or 20 wt. fork oil.

+5″ Extended Front Brake Cable

The perfect solution for anyone running tall handlebars and/or damping rods on a CRF110F with stock drum front brake. BBR’s extended brake cable is +5″ longer than the OEM cable.

Maxima 10w Fork Oil – 16oz

Maxima Fork Oils are formulated from the highest quality base oils and advanced additives to prevent foaming, seal hardening, oxidation and stiction. Lubricinol provides for very low sliding friction and protects internal components from wear. Temperature stable viscosity provides for constant fork action and terrain compliance for the front wheel. For all front suspension systems, both standard and cartridge. 5wt fork oil is normal service weight for MX applications. Consult owners manual for specific applications. Can be blended for intermediate viscosities.
